James Ient
James has over 20 years’ of professional services experience. He started his career as a structural engineer but soon changed direction and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in PwC in the UK in 2003.
After joining the family office of the Chandler investment business in Monaco, James relocated from Monaco to Dubai following which he established a private office and fund manager in Singapore in 2004, where he has been based ever since.
As the Asia Pacific CFO of the listed Compagnie Financière Tradition group since 2007, James is also an investor, trusted advisor and non-executive director of several Asian businesses. James’ rare experience combines the best of family office, regulated investment business and SME operations.
James holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales.
